Handcrafted Mexican ice cream, paletas, and traditional Oaxacan pastries — made fresh every morning with recipes passed down through three generations. No shortcuts. No artificial flavors. Just real ingredients and real passion.
What started as a small stand in Oaxaca City — where Abuela Rosa would hand-paint each paleta with the day's freshest fruit — has grown into something that brings the same warmth and flavor to our Salem neighbors.
We don't use artificial flavors, preservatives, or shortcuts. Every batch of ice cream is churned in small quantities throughout the day. Every fruit is selected by hand. Every recipe carries the same care Abuela Rosa put into hers over 40 years ago.
From our signature crema de cajeta to the tangy punch of our tamarindo paleta, every flavor tells a story. And we're proud to share those stories with you — one scoop at a time.
No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives — ever.
Every flavor churned fresh each morning for peak taste.
Three generations of Oaxacan dessert traditions preserved.
We're located in the heart of Salem, just off the main corridor on Lancaster Drive. Pull in, park, and let us make your day a little sweeter.
